Return Policy
- A representative of Borealis must approve all returns
- Returns will not be accepted after 10 days of customer receipt of order
- Please report any damages or defects within 48 hours - Items that have been installed are NOT refundable
- Original shipping and handling charges non-refundable
- Credit will be issued upon inspection
Backorder Policy
We will notify you by phone or e-mail if a product is back ordered within 48 hours from the time we receive the order.
Shipping Policies
- Most orders shipped via USPS or UPS ground
- Estimated shipping 7-10 Days
- Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together
Damaged Goods Policy
Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. We take great pride in our packing; however, we realize that shipments are occasionally lost or damaged. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, be sure to notify both the carrier and Borealis within 24 hours, and retain all packing materials. This will expedite the replacement process. Freight claims must be made within 14 days if item was shipped via common carrier, and within 60 days if item was shipped via UPS.
